We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal or security issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surge Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Services.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
